The Booksource Classroom Teacher Dashboard is designed to give you a quick overview of your library. The dashboard will include summaries of Checkout, Inventory, and Student information, along with giving teachers the ability to quickly link into areas of the system where more details can be found.
Manage
Overdue Books
When the Overdue Books box is selected, you will be taken to our Library menu and view a list of all books that are currently overdue. This menu will allow you to checkout, return, renew, and remove titles from your library.
Note: You are able to set and edit the checkout length and Track Overdue Books in your Settings. For more information on how to access and edit your settings, please view our Setting Checkout Limits and Length help article.

Books Checked Out
When the Books Checked Out box is selected, you will be taken to the Library section of your library and view all books currently checked out. The numbers listed at the bottom of each image indicate the total number of copies in your library, and the total number currently checked out.
The numbers highlighted in Red indicate books that are currently overdue whereas numbers highlighted in Yellow are not overdue.
To edit the number of books each student can have checked out and setting the checkout length, please view our Setting Checkout Limits and Length help article.

Students with Books
When the Students with Books box is selected, you will be taken to the Student section of your library and view students who currently have any books checked out. This list will provide the students’ group number, how many books are currently checked out, how many are overdue, and how many books the student has read.
