Locked out of Your Account
If you receive the following message while trying to log in: “Your account is temporarily locked to prevent unauthorized use. Try again later."
If you select, Forgot your password?, it will then take you through the process to re-set your password. You will then be able to return to the login screen and use your new password to log in
